a)     Music is purchased and supplied by the client to be translated through BeatWoven™ audio software. Once the digital image has been created an interesting section of the song will be extracted, designed and woven. A maximum of 29 seconds wil be used per song. BeatWoven™ will have no part in supplying music.

(b)     Unless otherwise stated, Nadia-Anne Ricketts owns the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.
